Raw File Transfer Policy
30% premium added to total project cost
Raw file transfers require extra storage, handling, and delivery time. A 30% premium is added when clients request raw footage files. Our small business reserves the right to withhold raw files if technical issues occur or if files are part of our internal production workflow.
Late Feedback Policy
$55 per week after the initial feedback window
Every video project includes one free round of revisions when feedback is delivered by email within two weeks. If feedback arrives later than two weeks, a $55 per week fee is added. This covers the time needed for our editor to return to the project and adjust schedules around other client deadlines.

Net 30 Payment Terms
15% interest per month on unpaid balances
Invoices not paid within 30 days will receive a 15% interest fee per month on the remaining balance. This policy helps our small business manage cash flow while continuing to serve all clients on time.
Net 60 Payment Policy
Our small business is not a loan agency. Please do not submit payment 60 days late without prior approval. Long delays in payment create scheduling and capacity challenges for our team.
